Sorry to read your story and your dad's fight with cancer. I know what you are talking about. My wife passed away fighting the same disease. Anyway, I know also the The Budwig diet and I tried it along with my wife but old habits in food were more powerful than the desire to gain health.
As today, I try the Budwig Protocol in my diet and I have been experiencing wonderful results that you can not imagine. Of course my old habits in eating have changed a lot.
I will continue forever in this amazing Diet.
Sincerely

Cancer is genetic in my family right through the maternal side...coming for me too, so I've done as much research as possible to fight it...since then my mother has beat it twice and my friend has beat it as well by following a few things below...both also did the traditional chemo/radiation, and then used the natural approaches as an adjunct. If you are 75 years of age and can risk it, go natural...if you are young and want to guarantee your life, you want to do both. Do the recommended cancer treatments (chemo),surgery, etc, and then also add the natural remedies...Diet is #1 to fight cancer and then for prevention...follow a low glycemic index diet (cancer is fed by high glucose spikes)...also consume foods that create an alkaline environment (research this)...eat organic foods when possible, or remove contaminants by natural washes. Take herbs, such as Essiac/florescence (removes toxins), Astragalas (immune system booster), coQ10, vit D, and a good mulitvitamin. Also look up 'acrylamide' and what foods you need to prevent that formation of the carcinogen produced when cooking foods. I've further been looking up some info on the Budwig diet...looks interesting. Do not go for the gimics out there...your life is valuable.
I wish you the best.

Although there is no known cure for breast cancer but if it is caught early, it can be treated. Although this is not common in men, the signs that this disease may be present in a male or a female are the same. However, it must be pointed out that these signs can also be an indication of something else.

There are common signs or symptoms of breast cancer :

1. The most obvious sign of this ailment is a lump in the breast or armpit. A self-examination test, once a month, or a visit to the doctor can expose any lump in this area.

2. Change in the size of the breast & shape. If you notice any unusual changes in its shape or size, do not ignore it.

3. There is nipple inversion & spontaneous single nipple discharge. If you observe that your nipples are turning inwards, this may be an indication that everything is not working as well.

4. Pain in the breast is not a reliable symptom but can also be indicative of other breast problems.

Hi Lydia

I am pleased to hear your husband is doing well, testicular cancer I am pleased to say is curable.

Whereas liver cancer is another thing altogether, it is a real battle. In our case we only have the Budwig diet as the doctors just sent my father home to die giving him just a few months.

I really have no idea if the budwig diet is working, but there are some positive signs the main one is he is still on one pain killer a day always at night. I think it is to help him sleep, but he is in no pain some aches but no pain and we are just over a month since we were told he was going to die in fact a month ago he was on 1 painkiller every 4 hours.

The negative is that he has lost a lot of weight, as he doesn't want to eat much, it is really frustrating as we want him to have the good stuff.

If I can get him eating again and reduce the size of his extended stomach, which is in actual fact his swollen liver I will feel much happier.

What makes this so hard is every drug is bad for the liver and effects his eating too.

One thing that he did have was stomach ulcers, which I assume effected his desire for food, but using apple cider and mastic gum seems to be having an effect.

Also the coffee enemas have also had a beneficial effect.

So far I am happy keeping him away from the drugs in particular the pain killers and ultimately the morphine.

I will keep the blog up to date, but feel free to keep in contact, but I have spoken to Peter in Singapore is doing well with the diet, but in my fathers case it is very aggressive.

Regards
Stephen

How is your father feeling now? Did Budwig diet improve his situation?
In february my husband was diagnosed with testicular cancer type seminoma stage III (90% survival rate). He had a surgery and chemo and then started Budwig diet, now he is feeling well and the tumor inside his body has drastically shrunk. There is still some residue and the tests cannot determine if it is cancer or not. Two weeks ago a relative has been diagnosed with liver cancer, and she is very sick, very weak, it's very bad. I have told her about the flax oil diet and I am wondering whether you have had some results. Thanks

I am not sure if I know what you mean by obvious, I think if it was obvious then everyone would be doing it and they are not.

But there in lies the problem, the truth is hard to find, saying that as I develop this site the more I learn and the more obvious it is becoming and with my father now with cancer it is more important.

Although there is a lot of info out there with testimonials I decided to phone one of them who has the same type of cancer as my father, this has been a huge help as he decided not to go the chemo route and has extended his life expectancy from 6mth to nearly 3 years so far.

As a result I am convinced in what it can do, but when you get an oncologist saying it is all a lie, you have to wonder what they are taught, in this case he things they are just out to make money, well surprise surprise there is no money to be made in this, because its all about changing your diet!

Hi,
I was wondering if you believe it works and why you want to know. Sounds like an obvious question, but...

I am definitely leaning towards believing in alternative treatments vs. mainstream.

I guess the problem with testimonies is believing them and/or being able to talk with the people themselves.

The fight to get people to believe anything but mainstream allopathic doctors seems enormous. Maybe those who have been cured by alternative means are either quietly helping anyone who is receptive or they are so tired of not being believed they just go about living their lives.

One thing is for sure tho, there is no cure against death. it will have the final say. At least our bodies. The real cure for death is Jesus. It is just so sad when people have to suffer so much and when people too young go.

And I thought medicine was not supposed to cause harm. That is not true of chemo etc.
